Funding A Peer Review
It is recognized that both the reviewed agency and agencies who may provide reviewers benefit from the shared knowledge resulting from a Peer Review. It is also a mechanism for Agencies who wish to support organisations in our Emerging Cities Region, to do this in a cost-effective way and to enable staff and professional development.
The reviewed agency, as the host agency, is responsible for:
- the application fee (NZ$500 or 50% discount for Emerging City Countries)
- transport – all related costs of travel to bring the Peer Reviewers to your City
- Provision of accommodation, catering and disbursements of the Review Team and
- any other costs of the Peer Review.
Where agencies are providing the Reviewers, they will cover all relate staff costs associated with their staff involved as reviewers and related insurance costs. Where the Reviewer is an Individual, they do this at their own time and cost.
The time commitment required for Reviewers will be determined as part of the Application process.
